Happy Saturday everyone,
Today I am especially excited to be part of the Heffy Doodle and Time for Tea Collaboration Blog Hop! Design Team members from both companies are sharing inspiration using products from both companies!
My card is centred around these adorable
Llama stamps and I just had to create a party themed creation with them.
To start I stamped and coloured my images using my Spectrum Noir markers, then die cut out using the matching dies (colours listed below in order of lightest to darkest)
Llama - FS1, FS5, FS9, - TN1, EB1, EB2
Cactus - CH1 GC3, GC2, DG3
Light Pink - PP1, PP4, PP2
Dark Pink - PP2, BP2 BP1
Yellow - CT1, CT3, CT4
Orange - GB1, GB3, GB5
To create my background I created an ombre effect onto a piece of white card using distress inks in Kitsch Flamingo, Spiced Marmalade and Squeezed Lemonade. I then took the
Circles of Life Stencil and using the same colours to add a bit of interest. I finally cut out the panel using the
Slimline Quartet Dies.
I matted the whole panel onto black card and created a long slimline card blank from white card. To finish off I added a few clear sequins randomly across the card.
