You are Fabulous!

Hi all

Here to show you my regular Monday inspiration post from over on the My Mums Craft Shop Blog, this week its a free week for us DT girls so we can choose our favourite things to show you. I have totally fallen in love with some of the new gorgeous CC Designs stamps and have chosen to use the very adorable A Random Fan- Miss Sassy for my card today.

I teamed the image with some very pretty Carta Bella - Baby Mine Girl papers and used another fabulous CC Designs Stamp for my Sentiment. I added a scattering of embellishments - buttonsresin daisyrinestone hearts , flowers & gems to finish off the card. I totally loved colouring this image up and spent ages on her hair, really quite pleased with how it turned out in the end. I used a mixture of Promarkers & then added some Spectrum Noirs over the top to give it a bit more shading.

Classy & Fabulous

Hi all,

I have another sneak peek for you today, using the fabulous new range from Crafters Companion - Scruffy Little Cat. (please scroll down to yesterdays post for full details)

For this card everything has been printed off the CD and I used one of the printable Easel Card kits and one of the Toppers (this classy lady is called Chanel).

This card was so easy to make as all the extra embellishments such as the buttons, tags & cute little bow are all printed off along with the Easel Base. I printed everything off onto CC Light Printable Card and the matted everything onto Centura Pearl. I added some interest with a Die'Sire Lace Border Die #4 and tucked a doily in behind the image. To finish I added a few flowers and flourish and topped the tags with a satin bow.

Thanks for popping by my blog today

I decided to make a scalloped easel card and this one is about 8x8 cut using Grand Nesties on my Callibur. The card base has been made with Centura Pearl and the papers have been printed off the CD. I used the Die'Sire Lace Border #2 to add a bit of interest and the sentiment (comes with the image) was stamped onto the smaller fancy oval from the Die'Sire Cameo Frame Dies. The flowers have been cut from templates on the CD and finished off with leaves from the Die'sire leaves #2 Die.

Shiver me Timbers

Hi all

It's time for a new challenge at All Dressed Up.

Our theme for this fortnight is :  Its a Guy Thing

For my card today I have used the gorgeous image Its a Pirate's Life - how cute is this little scene!.

It's a Pirate's Life

I also used some of fabulous new Digi papers available in store too for just 75p!!! - Papers Boys

Papers Boys

Now tbh male cards are totally not my favorite thing at all - infact I would father go buy a male card than make one and most times I do (how bad is that) but not wanting to let me teamies down I had to suck it up and get on with it lol.

So I made a cute little Twisted Easel card and to make it look more fun popped my papers off the edges of the easel to give it a more funky feel. Everything was matted onto kraft and the image was coloured with promarkers. I added a few gems in each corner and was looking for something to add across the spotty panel when I found the fab little fish charm so tied it on with a bit of twine.

Please pop on over to All Dressed up blog to check out the rest of my team mates creations, and why not enter the challenge whilst you are there. This challenge will run until 15th May and you could win yourself 3 images of your choice.

 **Please note**
To enter our challenges you MUST use an All Dressed Up Image or Papers.

A little Stuck

Hi all,

Its time for a new challenge over at Ladybug Crafts Ink today and this fortnight my lovely teamie Kath has chosen our challenge and she has chosen

Easel Card

The Ladybugs have also decided to showcase Magnum with this challenge.

I have chosen to use the very funny Catflap Magnum - love the look on his face as he realises that he is a little on the large size to get through that flap. Due to the distruntled look on his face I decided to make the card into a get well card rather than a Birthday one lol

I made the card from Kraft card and covered with some old MME papers, I kept the design very simple and a little on the manly side.

Thanks for popping by my blog today, please do pop on over to the LCI Blog to check out my team mates fabby Easel creations.
