Heffy Doodle and Time for Tea Collaboration Blog Hop

Happy Saturday everyone,

Today I am especially excited to be part of the Heffy Doodle and Time for Tea Collaboration Blog Hop! Design Team members from both companies are sharing inspiration using products from both companies!

My card is centred around these adorable Llama stamps and I just had to create a party themed creation with them.

To start I stamped and coloured my images using my Spectrum Noir markers, then die cut out using the matching dies (colours listed below in order of lightest to darkest)

Llama - FS1, FS5, FS9, - TN1, EB1, EB2

Cactus - CH1  GC3, GC2, DG3

Light Pink - PP1, PP4, PP2

Dark Pink - PP2, BP2  BP1

Yellow - CT1, CT3, CT4

Orange - GB1, GB3, GB5

To create my background I created an ombre effect onto a piece of white card using distress inks in Kitsch Flamingo,  Spiced Marmalade and Squeezed Lemonade. I then took the Circles of Life Stencil and using the same colours to add a bit of interest. I finally cut out the panel using the Slimline Quartet Dies.

To add to my party scene I used the cute little presents from the Pandamonium Party stamp set and the balloon image from the Hooray Hamsters stamp set.

I matted the whole panel onto black card and created a long slimline card blank from white card. To finish off I added a few clear sequins randomly across the card.

The next stop on the hop is Mihaela
If you get lost you can find the complete list on the T4TD blog HERE.

So onto my card... the first stamp I coloured up and just had to use was this adorable pear couple. I absolutely love that you can give them little personalities with cute little face stamps.

I used my Spectrum Noir markers to colour the sweet couple in the following colours.

CH1, CG2, CG3, CG4, DG3

For my background I cut the Lots of Love Vertical Cover Die from white card and pieced the hearts back in place securing with tape on the back. This was matted onto black card before adding to a 5x7 card blank trimed down to size.

I kept the card simple and used a couple pf strips of the paper from the Joyful Winter 6x6 Paper Pad just to ground the image.

The sentiment was stamped and embossed on black card and cut our using the matching die. To finish off I added a few small clay hearts around the the image.

Thanks for joining me here on the blog today,  don't forget to hop on over to each of teammates and check out their beautiful creations.

If you would like to purchase any of the new release you can use my code T4TLYNDSEY10 for 10% off your order.
