Sweet fairy wishes

Hi all,

My card today is one I made a while for a friend who asked if I could make her a card for a little girls christening as her and her hubby were going to be the godparents.

I hadn't really got any images suitable for that theme, but then they showed me the gorgeous handmade cushion they had got her for a gift - (which was lilac with fairies on it) - and I knew straight away I had just the perfect item to use.

I had these fabulous Wee Stamps Toppers that were sat on my desk and they went perfectly with some of the new papers I was working with for Crafters Companion.

I made the card very pretty and girly and added flowers and tried to keep it very fresh and light.

Halcyon Days part II

Hi all,

Back to show you the rest of my Halcyon Days samples, by the looks of the shows the collection has sold really well. If you missed yesterday shows, you can catch the lovely Dawn Wheeler today at 11am, 2pm, 4pm & 7pm

For this card I used just papers from the A4 Paper Pad - I used 3 sheets and cut them up to create a decoupage effect. I added a wrap of acetate over the image and added the bunting on top and another layer of the grass. The bunting and sentiment have been printed off the CD Rom.

These 2 cards have been made using the Shaped Card blanks, and sticking 2 together to create Easel Cards. All the toppers and embellishments have been printed from off the CD Rom.

Halcyon Days

Hi all,

The shows go live on C & C today for this fabulous new release from Crafters Companion. 

Thought I would pop on and show you a few more of my samples.

 

All the toppers, flowers, bunting sentiments and embellishments have been printed from the CD Rom. Papers are from the gorgeous A4 paper pad and for the last card I used one of the fabulous Shaped Card Blanks.

Sneak Peek

Hi all

I have a sneak peak to show you today, using a fabulous collection from Crafters Companion to be launched as a weekender deal on Create & Craft next weekend 24th/25th May  

Halcyon Days kit comes in the form of a CD Rom, A4 paper pad, printed Shaped Card Blanks, a Hunkydory Card Kit & matching Inserts.

Think hazy summer days, cream tea's, village fete's and beach holidays and you will get a feel for all the gorgeous images in this collection.

For my card today I have used the shaped cards and stuck 2 together to create a Triple Panel Card. All the toppers, bunting, bows & embellishments have printed from the CD.

 Hope you like my first sneak peek, I will be popping by during the week with a few more.
