My little spotty dotty

Thank you so much to everyone who left kind comments for Abbie, here is the update. After taking her to docs 3 times now they had finally decided it is definately NOT chicken pox. Apparently she has had a viral infection, which has then caused a bacterial infection, which then has then caused a form of Impetigo (hope I spelt it right). She has been given some anitibiotic cream which we have to cover her little dotties with 3 times a day, and it seems to be doing the job. Already the spots seems to be looking less red and aggressive. So just wanted to let you all know what the final decision was. Thanks xx

  2. Hope Abbie feel sbetter soon.

We had a very similar thing last year,Becky had been poorly with cold etc and then a week or so later she was sent home from school with a rash all over her face, the nurse thought it was slapped cheek syndrome and she was poorly with it too.2 days later she seemed better so was sent back to school only to be sent home with the rash again, this time i couldnt believe my eyes, her face was absolutely covered in spots and a rash, her arms, legs, chest, back everywhere. We Took her straight to the drs and it was a viral infection,he gave her some anti-b's ans within 12 hours she was as right as rain:)
